Humour and laughter are the greatest virtues that God has bestowed on man. Humour is said to be the eminence of act, dialogue or composition which electrifies mirth , idiosyncrasy, comicality and the knack of descry what is droll or hilarious or of cognizing it . It blithe mind’s eye . The staging of the anomalous or bizarre , with a purpose to elicit laughter and sympathy comprises humor. A great deal of charisma of the stories consists in its humor . Whereas, Wisdom means the capability to pertain relevant knowledge in an astute mode, especially to diverse situations from which the knowledge was gained or the ability to make decision based on the combination of knowledge, experience, and intuitive understanding. Bond was highly inspired by Chekov . All his life, from his early childhood, he had laughed off any disagreeable situation in which he had happened to find himself; the joke became his most effective weapon in a crisis . Bond’s humour like Mark Twain is legendary. Bond’s humour is quite subtle and sometimes slapstick. Bond using the light humour , satirizes the social evils and foibles existing in the society. In every humourous story of Bond there is a message which reflects his wisdom. He has written number of short stories through which he urge every human being to maintain the ecological balance by respecting nature in its aspect.
