Make-Peace Mission in the Poems of Post Colonial Indian Women Poets
Abstract
The study of the paper focuses on the efforts of Bashabi Fraser, Mona Dash and Edriana Jeyasingh, who are preoccupied with the attainment of understanding the gender equality and the gender differences can be managed by mutual adjustment . The poems of post-colonial Indian women poets Bashabi Fraser, Mona Dash and Edriana Jeyasingh are based on the symbiosis of men and women .The dire need of hour to dissolve all separate-isms have come and it is very well reflected in the poems of these poets and their mission of writing poem is „peace making‟.
