The Magic Pen of Thakazhi Sivasankara Pillai
Abstract
India is a land of diverse culture, so is its people and language. The richness of any culture will be seen and appreciated however once it involves language and literature it's to browse and detected. We have to understand and experience during this explicit facet of our culture. Language and literature is an important part of art and culture. Indian literature includes a variety of vernacular languages, such as Sanskrit, Bengali, Bihari, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Malayalam, Rajasthani, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Sindhi etc. The term Indian literature refers to literature produced across the Indian subcontinent prior to the creation of the Republic of India in 1947 and within the Republic of India after 1947. This paper attempts to study the Great Indian writer who brought International recognition to Malayalam Literature through his magic pen – Thakazhi Sivasankara Pillai.
