Abstract

Infinite Riches opens in a little room where Dad sat in the darkened room dreaming about the future world of Nigeria. The novel moves around the dead of the carpenter.  Murder of carpenter brought endless struggle and suffering to Azaro and his people. Okri shows the real predicament of the society, for the natives themselves are influenced by the wrong political ethics. Always poor people suffer and they are treated very badly.
