TEACHING ORAL COMMUNICATION TO UG STUDENTS IN AMU

Abstract

Oral communication is the process of expressing information or ideas by word of mouth and find out how we can improve our communication abilities. Oral communication is the process of verbally transmitting information and ideas from our individual or group to another.  Great communication skills are your ticket to success in the academic and business world. Oral communication can be either formal or informal. Informal communication - face to face conversation, telephonic conversation, discussion that take place at business meetings. Formal types -presentation at business meetings, classroom lectures, commencement speech given at graduation ceremony. This paper tries to find out the challenges and solutions of those who come from different socio-cultural background.
