Publication Agreement

This publication agreement pertains to the submission of a research paper for publication in our journal, SMART MOVES JOURNAL IJELLH (hereinafter referred to as "IJELLH"), which is operated by Smart Moves Publication (hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher"). By submitting a research paper to our journal, both the author and the Publisher agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If the author does not accept our publication agreement/policies, the Publisher reserves the right to decline publication of the submitted article. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the author acknowledges that they will solely be responsible for any conflicts arising from their research work. Furthermore, the author affirms that the research work submitted for publication does not contain hateful statements, plagiarized material, copyrighted content, images, or falsified data.

IJELLH is firmly committed to maintaining fair and ethical publication policies. We adhere to publication ethics and guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). While the following points provide a broad overview, it is crucial for authors, editors, reviewers, and all involved in the publication process to refer to COPE guidelines for comprehensive guidance. Guidelines for Withdrawal of Articles

IJELLH is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of research work for the entire academic community. While the journal values the permanence of published articles, there might be limited circumstances where a published article needs to be removed. This could happen in cases of defamation, infringement of legal rights, court orders, or when an article poses a significant health risk. In such cases, the metadata (i.e., title and author information) of the article will be retained, but the article's content will be replaced with a screen indicating its removal for legal or other unavoidable reasons.

Post-Publication Corrections

a- Minor Changes-Minor corrections in formatting, spelling, or article versioning may be allowed.

b- Major Changes-Major changes, such as alterations in the author's name, will not be permitted.

Article Retraction: Infringements of professional ethical codes, such as multiple submissions, bogus claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent or fabricated use of data, major error (eg, miscalculation or experimental error) or the like similar incidences, the article may be retracted. Occasionally, a retraction will be used to correct significant errors in submission or publication. The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper attribution to previous sources or disclosure to the editor, permission to republish, or justification (ie, cases of redundant publication)

The original article is retained unchanged except for a watermark which is included on each page of the article PDF indicating that it has been “retracted”.

Notice of retraction will be served to the correspondent author with clear information on the Title, Issue, and Volume including the link to the published article.

Article Replacement:

Authors of the original paper at times may wish to retract the flawed original and replace it with a corrected version. Under such circumstances, the above procedures for retraction will be followed with the difference that the article retraction notice will contain a link to the corrected re-published article together with a history of the document.

APC Refund Policy

The Article Publication Fee (APC) is payable only after the acceptance of a manuscript. Once the manuscript is accepted, the APC will not be refunded even if the author decides to withdraw the manuscript.
