The purposeofthis studyistodemonstratethat thenovelBlessMe, Ultimawritten by RudolfoA.Anaya (1972)reflects thephilosophy ofskepticism thatdisplayedbysome of thecharacters inthisnovel. Scepticismisgenerallyquestioningattitudetowardsknowledge, facts, oropinions/beliefsstatedasfacts, ordoubtregardingclaimsthataretaken for grantedelsewhere. Religious Scepticismrefers todoubtingof givenreligiousbelieforclaims.The approaches used in this research are literature, namely content analysis, and philosophy - scepticism. This research also uses aphilosophicalmethod-the methodofhermeneutics, stated that human is a formal object as well as subject in philosophy. Hermeneuticsmethodused inthis studyis tointerpretthe views, thoughts, andwordsofthecharacters inthisnovelthat arerelevant toScepticism. The resultsofthis study, there are some charactersthatdisplaydifferentkindsofskepticismthat isbased on the ideaandthe tendencytowardsthe concept of God.
