This paper deals with utilization of Micro Finance as an instrument in bringing developmental change. The paper argues key issues related with scarcity improvement. It also put forwards an argument as to how Micro Finance improves the socio-economic status and assists in eliminating inequality amid rich and poor. The author argues that there are certain concerns and obstructions affecting development of Micro Finance .In order to make Micro Finance a viable solution for bringing about socio-economic changes in India all these issues need to be rightly addressed.
