AbstractIn a cut-throat era; the requirement for skill full and dedicated workforce has mounted to great stature. Organization is categorically emphasizing on employee commitment, top talent retention strategy, leadership practices, key performance index, training for behavioural change- skill and capacity building in the culture ? functional competence. Along with it, the significances of the organization such as integrity, understanding, excellence, unity, responsibility, creating a culture to get aspired- action oriented ? achiever. As trainees are main focus; so is the case of trainers also. The accessibility is a function of rapport, response, role and knowledge. Coupled with it; there must be a massive change and that too positive. To break through to this aspect we can say: connection comes before content. Choosing the right contents are important. The contestants in the training program [trainees] can very well be categorized in diverse groups such as: excited, inspired, interactive, curious, and skeptical. As a consequence, there is a need for appealing all the five senses. Label the audience, portray objectives, and categorize concern. Handle the process, assess the outcome and prepare spreading.
